Positive things:
1. Ergonomic
2. Separate middle mouse button
3. Lightweight
4. Thumb rest
5. Gesture Button
Negative things:
1. After 5 months of use the scrolling wheel is almost useless - it scrolls up or down uncontrollably...View More and there’s nothing you can do about it.
2. The speed-scroll is not adjustable which means that sometimes it will scroll into the deep space in the CAD program.
3. Sometimes side buttons do not work in the SolidWorks and sometimes they do work.
4. I have to charge itView Less

The mouse doesn't work with the supplied wireless receiver in osx.
After hunting for a solution, buried in their faq it helpfully says, none of the buttons will click in osx with the supplied wireless receiver. Use bluetooth...View More instead or plug it in with a cable.
