Prices shown represent the prices communicated to PriceMachine by merchants. Due to technical reasons, delays in selecting, transmitting and updating prices cannot be ruled out. Although we strive to keep data up to date, we cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy.

The prices displayed are therefore indicative and must always be verified by the user directly with the chosen merchant.

The products displayed do not constitute binding offers by PriceMachine.

Merchants publishing offers on PriceMachine.co.uk indemnify PriceMachine against any third-party claims arising from those offers.

PriceMachine does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or availability of the website.

PriceMachine’s liability is limited as follows. Mandatory statutory liability, including under product liability laws, remains unaffected. PriceMachine is fully liable where:
• Damage is caused intentionally or by gross negligence
• A defect was fraudulently concealed
• A guarantee was expressly assumed

PriceMachine is also fully liable for injury to life, body or health caused by fault of PriceMachine, its legal representatives or agents. Otherwise, PriceMachine is liable only:
• For gross negligence by PriceMachine or its legal representatives
• For intentional acts of vicarious agents

For breach of essential contractual obligations (“cardinal obligations”), liability exists in principle but is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. Merchants indemnify PriceMachine against all third-party claims arising from publication of their offers, including competition law claims.

PriceMachine decides at its own discretion whether submitted reviews are published.

The author grants PriceMachine an unlimited right (in time and territory) to publish the content.

There is no entitlement to publication.

PriceMachine may edit reviews for clarity or grammar. Reviews may be published without naming the author.

All content on PriceMachine.co.uk is protected by copyright.

Reproduction, duplication, distribution or modification — in whole or in part — is prohibited without prior written consent from PriceMachine.

Violations may result in legal action.

To generate result lists, we search millions of merchant offers based on product names, descriptions, categories and attributes.

Results are ranked by relevance. Offers containing the search term in the product title are prioritised over those where the term appears only in the description.

Multi-word searches may return results where terms appear separately. For example, a search for “trousers brandname” may also return items that merely mention the brand in the description.
