The programmable variant is even more extensively equipped and includes a memory of several megabytes, where Flash applications can be saved and custom programs can be written. These calculators often feature an LCD screen and can sometimes be connected via USB to each other or to a laptop. Additionally, there are graphical calculators that can also be programmed to some extent. With these models, one can perform curve discussions and calculate and display graphs. Caution: In some schools, programmable calculators are not permitted.
