I just opened the package and set up the phone.
It seems like it was previously used and returned.
Battery came with 20% and in less than 20 Min down to 8%.
Software seems pretty slow in updating and managing apps.

This phone came with 32gb memory which as a low usage user I thought would be enough for me. But it came preloaded with over 25gb of software and apps. I deleted the apps I'd never use, added half a dozen I do use and the...View More memory was critically low. After three weeks it was unable to perform a system update.
