Hi I would like to say that it's not been a year of having these headset and the "Quad mode " then no longer works and cuts of the sound or play in mono mode (left speaker) so I have to but it back onto standard...View More mode and then if I don't place the switch it still cuts the audio if so. I really need the sound and bass when it comes to sound like my surround sound system but only put 2 out of 5 speakers but that sounds better than the 2.2 headset of this product!!View Less

It was working fine for couple of months, i was happy with the product but as if today 16th december 2021 it started getting disconnected and now it totally stopped working some times it works in sterio mode and sometimes it...View More won't work at all i want to claim my warranty either the seller sold a reburbished product or broken one my product is in warranty i want RMA.
Update I contacted Razer support they are telling me to ask the seller to replace the headset so kindly ask the reseller toView Less
