I have two of these lights. The one that's sheltered i.e. on an outside wall but does not get wet as there's an overhang on my building is still working absolutely fine. The other which is exposed to rain has stopped...View More working which I believe is due to water getting into the PIR. The casing on the PIR has also become very brittle and cracked as soon as I touched it. I love these lights.They give a good bright light and look really classy. We had an electrician fit them but appeared to be easy to fit. Great product all round.

Purchased 3 of these after 6 months 1 stopped working now after just under 24 months all have stopped don't buy rubbish

Nice lights but the PIRs wil fail

Nicely constructed, solid, good looking lights with convenient wall mount and electrical connection, but the PIRs (we've had three) will all fail after a couple of years as the plastic window becomes opaque and brittle. ...View More Hofstein does not offer any support or spare parts and simply "apologizes for any inconvenience". Pah!
However, I've been able to very carefully chip the opaque plastic cover away, exposing a second a second more flexible plastic window/lens underneath. IView Less
