A gaiter that is well made, that does actually fit, doesn’t slip down, is comfortable, keeps the wind and rain out and for added protection against the rain, just add spray wax.

You can't go wrong ith a fjallraven bag. Expensive yes but it's a bag that will most likely last forever.
Sometimes Miata isn't the answer, it's Fjallraven.
