while there are good product reviews for the make itself, the following flaws in the product when received:
1) package did not include the bracket to install seat at the bicycle
2) package did not include the tools for...View More installation
3) baby seat deficient as leg rest was deformed
4) baby seat deficient as locking for horizontal adjustment missing
Return policy says that I can buy again if deficient without charging for delivery ??? but return would be at own cost. There seems not feedbackView Less
