I know these headsets are known for being a really good headset but I've had to organise a return/refund through Amazon as the Transmitter is faulty and won't power on, charge the headset via the charging port and...View More isn't recognised on Xbox or the PC even through Astro Control Center PC app.View Less

I contacted the manufacturer and they said it needed to be replaced by a newer generation model ... which implies mine had a manufacturing fault....View More Returned to Amazon for a full refund and have now opted for the Logitech G935 headset.View Less

-Easy to setup, just plug the USBs and Optical cable in the respective slots and you're good to go
-Quite comfy to wear for long...View More periods
-Sound quality is not bad - been good so far in COD Warzone
-Battery life has lasted for the 15 hours stated
-Build quality is pretty good, feels sturdy and doesn't look like it'll break if I accidentally drop them
