It's either defective or not a good product, which is unfortunate.
The stutter issue has been resolved, but I can still not use the dock to push an image to my secondary monitor...View More (1080p).
I spent several hours this evening updating drivers for my Lenovo Thinkpad E15 Gen2 (AMD) without success. FYI: This laptop DOES support PD+DP through USB-C, something I confirmed before trying to go down the USB-C route in an attempt to replace my ancient DiamondView Less

Absolute waste of money, doesn;t recognise anything plugged into the the device. Doesn't even pass power to the airbook.
One limitation - didn't seem to work well with my KVM switch

I have Dell (donut shaped adapter - unpowered) and Lenovo docking stations that seem to work well through a KVM - allowing me to share my USB headset/other-stuff to multiple laptops. My USB devices are connected to a USB hub...View More (11 port), the hub goes into a KVM, the KVM goes into the USB docking station. This didn't work for me with the Anker unpowered or powered for that setup. Not sure why so I'm returning. I can direct connect my USB devices to the Anker hub and it works fineView Less
