I had high hopes for this product. I own both a older Nanoleaf Light Bulb and a Nanoleaf LED Light Stip both Homkit-enabled.
1 out of 3 bulbs would not even connect, the 2 out of 3 I managed after a while and only one of them...View More lasted, the other one decided not to work anymore.
These bulbs also did overheat like somebody else said.
Apple TV as Home Hub for Matter connectivity, but could never make it successfully work.

When it works it’s great. But it only responds 20% of the time. I use it in the nursery and it’s very frustrating when it doesn’t work in the middle of the night and we have to turn the overhead on.

App problem, non helpful and non responsive support

The app does not show the downloaded scenes, and support is non responsive even after following up for a week. What use is a smart bulb without scenes.

The bulb is a great bulb for the price. It works well with the Nanoleaf app, but if you try to connect it to anything Matter/Thread you are out of luck. I contribute that to the early stages of both of these protocols so I...View More don't blame Nanoleaf for that. Other than that it has great brightness when using the whites, but the collors get pretty dim. Overall great product.View Less
