The lock itself works well enough, it's kinda clever. I'd recommend the larger size for e-bikes as they are chunky in design. But make sure you have panniers on your bike if your bike lacks mounting holes in the frame...View More bars as mine does. The bracket Allegion includes is a third-rate design, unusable in real life. After tightening, it slips down down down after a few bumps in the road. I'd be embarrassed to have designed this thing. Worth looking at the competing Foldylock product.View Less
