I purchased this product mainly to use as a way to stay in my aerobic training zone while running outdoors and on the treadmill in my house. The pulse reading when exercising has been very high. For example: The reading will say...View More 165 BPM and I do not feel winded at all. I am an EMT. When I took my pulse manually it was closer to 110. I am not sure how the technology works but it obviously has very unreliable readings.View Less

The wrist band breaks after a short time. Which is typical of almost any watch that has a plastic/rubber wrist band...I've have several and they all break after a relatively short time

Solid watch. No problems with everyday wear for past 6 months. Couple scratches on watch face from work but overall decently scratch resistant
