It just works. As a woman who is very active I don’t want another thing around my lungs to constrict my breathing so this works perfectly because it clips into your bra.

I really wanted to like this product as a long term solution to the woes of having multiple things strapped across my chest while running. After 3 months of continuous use, I'm not a big fan:

- Easy to install

- Rubs on long runs. I have had raw spots on both sides of my chest multiple times, and once in the middle.
