I have had this for only 8 weeks, used once, and it now won't open. I have used WD40 as the help page suggests but still won't unlock. I have wasted a £150 and can't even contact the seller to complain as complaints...View More have to be made in the first 30 days!! Don't waste your money, go to a proper bike shop and buy a lock! Least you can take the lock back if it seizes up!!View Less

Very strong chain and length is perfect for locking up both of out Rad Power Bikes together. Needed something thieves could not cut with bolt cutters and manufacturer said this is the one.

It's definitely strong, sturdy and heavy. I use it on an electric bike so it goes in a basket and I don't have to deal with how to carry it on the bike, without the basket, carrying a 5 foot, heavy chain would be a...View More definite problem.
