fairly easy to install - some modification to existing Catmate aperture was required, fiddly but not too difficult. problem is teaching 8 yr old rescue cat to use it. we are persevering

Worked fine for a while, but then we kept finding the next doors cat in the kitchen on a morning, after scratching my head a bit I figured out that if you push from the outside 4 or 5 times it unlocks 🙈, spoke to the...View More manufacturer and they sent out a replacement as it has a 3 year guarantee, they did say they have not had this problem before.View Less
