I wanted usb-c and I don't need a huge amount of storage.
I've been disappointed with apps to encrypt/decrypt folders/files.
I decided to stop the apps and easily lock/unlock a thumbdrive.
I'm not sure if I...View More didn't read to click key symbol after entering key + code to unlock. finally when I started and ended with key symbol it unlocked easily. do write down your passcode or better yet store in Lastpass or similar secure way.

I went to the website and watched the videos posted by the company. I did EXACTLY as directed and I bought 2 of these pieces of junk for about $300!!!
