Can't access the webpage to set it up. It says the password n username is admin but doesn't work. Factory reset doesn't work either. Complete garbage, don't waste ur money

Well, nice and simple, it wasn't, because Grandstream doesn't have a customer service by phone, but the seller helped me through it all (after I fought with myself and the phone). When I set it up it worked great. One thing to be aware of is the power port is not mounted on to the mother board really well and is prone to come loose and fall off if you bump the unit or move the unit and unplug the power...View More cord you have to be really carefull plugging it back in. The Grandstream customer service was really good and sent me the documentation to give to the seller to see about exchanging it because it was defective. Contacted the seller but no response.
