Works if you don't try anything complicated, like turn off one of the computers (in which case the KVM stops working and won't display anything from either computer, even if the 2nd computer is turned back on). ...View More Theoretically supports MST for dual-monitor usage, but in reality this is also barely functional. The first thing to understand about this KVM is that it is probably the best option available at this price point. The second thing to understand about this KVM is that it will probably work...View More spectaculary well if:
1) You have a single display
2) You have a standard, non-backlit keyboard
To try and understand what compromises you may have to endure depends on your variation from this expected norm.

Monitor switching works fine, however, my Logitech wireless mouse+keyboard are losing signal constantly. I placed the KVM so that Unifying receiver is 10-20cm from them without any obstacles, and still sometimes keyboard just...View More don't type. If I punch the KVM, it suddenly works for some time.
Afterwards I bought a USB switch 6 times cheaper and it works perfectly.View Less
