2 Stars because the product itself seems high quality and easy to install. But the packaging arrived damaged, repaired with packaging tape, and already opened. One image shows the repaired damage and the other shows the opened...View More seals. One could just have torn as part of the damage but the other has clearly been cut open. I have concerns that these are actually 2nd hand or at least returned items.
Unfortunately customer support were not able to offer a faster resolution than a possible refundView Less

The item was working well for two weeks. Then all of a sudden I saw that LED strip or whatever there inside just fell off. It's visible and the item has to be returned. I was not expecting this from a lamp costing a small...View More fortune. Can not be more disappointed honestly.View Less

Loves this light looks amazing in the front room, nice to be able to choose to have just the light strip or the different spot lights on as you like, can set all lights to different colours
