The switch works with and without neutral wire.
I'm using it with spots total load 30+W without bypass. Flickering is present only at the Lowest dimmer settings which doesn't bother me at all.
I'm using 5v Aurora...View More Lighting GU10 bulbs.
It looks Awesome!
Works natively with Smart Things! No custom drivers needed.
Monitors energy consumption.
Acts as Zwave repeater.
Best "smart" device I own.
One thing to note: it won't pair with the ST hub if it's wired incorrectly (itView Less

Low quality product, which works well!

As mentioned in previous reviews, this product was manufactured with very low quality plastic and it seems the button itself doesn't sit well on its frame and as a result, most of the time, it doesn't press its contact...View More point when you try to open/close the shades. As a workaround I had to insert a small piece of plastic inside the frame in order to keep the button in the right position so it can push the underlying switch correctly (See the attached photo).
The positive side is that itView Less
