We used it when we first bought it. Got tired of it getting hung up by carpet and furniture. Stopped using it. Tried to use it again a couple of years later and the battery was dead.

We have mostly carpet apart from the kitchen and it copes well with both, though this does bring me on to the first demerit which is the laughable small dust bin which requires emptying every day, not after 10 hours use. This mayView Less
