Bought this before Christmas. The laser is faulty and not working. Large amounts of dirt get trapped on laser sensors when you remove the dust cartridge to empty it. I’ve tried to contact the company numerous times as the vacuum...View More is not working at all. They haven’t been very helpful and give you a ticket number for you to send repeated videos and receipt proofs. I would give it zero stars if possible! Battery died yesterday. Called customer support and was told warranty expires after 12 months. Was sent a link to purchase a replacement battery and directions. I expect a battery to last...View More 5+ years not 18months! I will not be buying anything Eufy go forward since they don’t stand behind their products.View Less
