The auto paper feeder did not work any single time for me. It always grabs to many pages and creates a jam.
Manual feeding does not work for more than 3-4 pages of 100g/m2 pages. I am quite disappointed with the performance....View More Hence, I decided to return the device.View Less

First of all they describe the product as 220V but this is 110V which lead to almost a fire incident! I pay attention when I order but never thought someone would actually LIE in the product description. I didn't open the...View More box for at least 3 weeks . The moment I plugged it in, a horrible smell and unbearable sound just hit me. Good I reacted in less than 3 seconds, I was so shocked didn't know what to do.

Works well to shred flat full pages. Just put a stack in, shut the door and push the forward button and leave it. tends to grab multiple pages if they don't separate smoothly. example is thermal paper tends to stick...View More together so it must be hand fed in small stacks. it came with a 220V plug not used in the USA. I had to install the appropriate 220V plug for USA use. Tag says 50-60hrz so it works fine. I was surprised that it will shred with the top door open. It tends to have falseView Less

Shredded about 1000 gages and it works like a charm. Only if the paper is to thick the auto feeder won’t work. Most likely because the paper won’t fold into the shredder. I hope the auto feeder function will keep on working...View More because it’s really handy. Maybe with some wear and tear the feeder wheels won’t grab the paper anymore, the future will tell us.View Less
