Great shredder for the money, looks good and does it's job. You can hear the motor straining if you try to shred more than 3-4 pages at a time, wouldn't try more than that.

I bought this thinking that because it was an HP shredder it would be decent but it lasted around 3 months if that. The supplier was not interested in helping, instead they told me to go directly to HP. If I'd bought from a...View More shop on the high street they would have taken it back so not impressed that this supplier wouldn't help.View Less

So this product is a serious fire Hazard!!!
The ventilation panel on the back is not perforated so the motor doesn’t get Air movement. There is a second ventilation on the shredder unit, which is facing down - Means it’s in the...View More basket, when you start to shred papers and documents there is a fine paper dust build up, Which - to this idiotic placement of the ventilation - Ends up in the motor, what it means after 10 to 15 minutes of use you are in for a surprise in the form of smoke and burntView Less
