It was very noisy when idle, so I sold it to another person but the batteries died only after few months, customer service non-existing they did not find any fault with transformer noise, never again cyberpower, now I buy apc or...View More eaton with better luck...View Less

Easy to install, compatible with Synology product, does not make any noise and I like the display which light up only when you press the front panel button. All good ! And well packaged and delivered
