I have bought 4 of these now and they all work reliably when connected to my Echo studio with built in ZigBee hub. However, all four of these door sensors had loose batteries that would cause the sensor to disconnect especially...View More if the battery part was attached to the swinging door. My solution was to add a small blob of blue tac in each of them to stop the battery being able to move about. They work great now, however this is a bad design and seems to be the cause of most of the negativeView Less
