The charging cycle can be started or stopped at any time, whether the battery is fully discharged or charged, does not matter. This means that you always have full freedom in the work process. With a battery capacity of 2Ah, a full charge takes about 55 minutes. The charging process can be interrupted at any time to start or continue working. With 2 batteries, which are used and charged alternately, work is possible without waiting times. If the battery is not used and optimally stored outside the device, then there is no self-discharge of the battery. So it can be used quickly even after a longer storage time, for example, to tighten a few screws with the drill without having to charge the battery beforehand.
