Bought to pump water from a ditch. Have not had to use in an emergency but have tested on a tank of water. Seems to be an efficient bit of kit. My only complaint is the poor instruction book. It's not a complicated bit of...View More kit but an explanation of how the float switch works would have been good and I only found out by accident that the out flow connector swivels.View Less

Very handy float switch, which was essential for me as I leave it plugged in to pump out a basement that can occasionally flood, one downside it would be better if they offered some lay flat hose with it hence 4 stars, last...View More thought I have it set up to pump a half meter head of water very impressed with the flow rate.View Less
