Firstly this took around a week or more to arrive after receiving a 'your item has been despatched' email. When it did arrive the earpiece had fantastic clear audio but the MIC's audio was very very poor! Nobody...View More could hear me! even with the MIC gain turned up. Tested on several Snom handsets, made no difference. I returned it!View Less
