The product has a known manufacturing fault with Sennheiser, you send them back via warranty, they say "Don't worry, we can't fix them, we're just going to send you some Momentum 4 earbuds instead". OK,...View More well stop selling the products you know are faulty and non-repairable in the first place? Also, replacements under warranty in the UK can take up to 4 weeks. While the sound quality and battery life were initially impressive, my earbuds only lasted about 3 months before developing a whining and popping noise in both earbuds.
Shortly after, the left earbud failed completely, followed...View More by the charging case refusing to charge, and then the right earbud died. To make matters worse, Sennheiser support took over 4 months to process a replacement, with customer support updating me every 2 weeks to say "It still hasn't arrived"

After a year then left earbud keeps going quiet (which has the effect of making you feel you're losing hearing in one ear, despite cleaning, resetting Bluetooth forgetting device etc there is no adequate solution. Poor...View More longevity. Huge problem - type in "sennheiser left earbud quiet" into any search engine and see the results. Not good that the problem is this extensive.
Conclusion: if you're wealthy and enjoy wasting your money on something that will last for a year go ahead.View Less
