Great when it works but very difficult to set up if you have an iPhone. I have owned this for a few years now.. They state it is iOS compatible however when trying to set it up it almost never connects to the WiFi, Netatmo...View More support blame apple for this. I had to borrow an Android phone and using that is connects the WiFi immediately. I have tried with several iPhone and it won't connect at all so clearly a problem with their iOS implementation and as I said their support just pass the buck.View Less

After about 1,5 years the screen of the thermostat display developed a fault (stains) abd became unreadable. I contacted Netatmo customer service who advised me that the thermostat is under 2-year warranty and should be replaced...View More by the seller. However, the seller ignores my messages and Netatmo customer service are not taking responsibility for the replacement either - when I told them the seller is not responding they advised to appeal to Amazon A - Z guarantee, which is actually only valid forView Less

We have 12 of these thermostats (originally purchased in 2021) and use them to control IR panels that heat our house (i.e. 12 separate zones). This was quite a large initial investment. I was mainly attracted to them as they are...View More WIFI/cordless and I wanted to try and avoid lots of new wiring. The compatibility with Apple HomeKit was another reason I chose them, and I have other Netatmo products that have been good.
Good Points:
1) They look good
2) When working reliably, batteries last a longView Less
