Brought my first valve about a year ago and have brought 2 more recently. It works reasonably well but has a temperature monitoring issue while the radiator it is controlling is heating the room. Due to its close proximity to...View More the radiator panel it cannot correctly determine the actual room temperature. The more the radiator heats the more inaccurate it becomes compared to room temperature. When the radiator is cold it shows the correct room temperature. I've used the Thermostat in three different properties over the years. It's always been great, no real issues with it at all. Similar with the weather station, very happy with that as well.
But these? No. These are poor...View More and I can't recommend them.
The main problem is connectivity. They don't use WiFi. So it doesn't matter how good your WiFi is, as these rely on a direct radio connection to the relay. And unless you live in a tiny house with paper thin walls, they will loseView Less

As the title says, it will work OK most of the time, but it will regularly fail. The issue is that when it fails, there is no known fall back that is safe for your flat. Maybe not so great for remote managed flats, but those are...View More the ones that can most benefit from a smart system.
The list of errors is valves that are not calibrated, intermittent loss of either WIFI or 868MHz radio, bad 868MHz range.

I've had 10 of these for about a year now and they worked perfectly until after about a year when they started to break down one after the other.
They just default into fault mode almost twice everyday and when the...View More manufacturer was contacted to replace them under warranty, they admitted that they were faulty and asked me to pay 39Euros to have each replaced UNDER WARRANTY.View Less
