I wholeheartedly second the comments by the reviewer "EM" that the extra cost of this drive is more than worth it. There is also an unusually generous five year guarantee. I almost chose the Intel S3500 in the 120 GB...View More size until I saw a great review on the web that compared the two drives and what persuaded me to chose the higher cost S3700 was the realization that the S3700 is much much more write durable than the S3500. I had several SSDs over the years, only intel's E-25 survived and function even today.I just don't have the time to format each time a mediocre Plextor\Crucial or any other Marvel\SandyForce based SSD dies or show bad...View More zones ("sectors") which cause freezes.I waited long time for a new Intel based controller for the enterprise market.
