A very expensive highly delicate piece to electronic equipment to just be thrown in a box without any packing. If i had more information on the distributor I'd notify Fluke Instrument Co. of the problem. Nobody cares.

I use mine at least 12 times a week. You can never go wrong with a fluke. Might not hurt to get attachments for it as well!
