The bin itself is fine replacing one I had had for many years.
Customer service is very poor, leading to me asking Amazon for refund, which I no longer need.

Nice looking bin, and the right size but the pedal stopped working and lifting the lid after a few days, so having to lift the lid

Opening mechanism has never been any good, it barley opened the lid from new and now after 14 month has broken completely. In my opinion this product is not worth the plastic it was it was made with and certainly not the £30...View More I've now lost. As you see from the photo of the bottom of the bin, the peddle mechanism that runs under the bin is held by two pivot pins, but one is now loose due a brake in the plastic.View Less

Flat at the back, so you'd think it didn't stick out into the room to much. Well it doesn't until you want to open it. The back of the hinge rubs against the wall ( it's proud at the back) so you have to pull it...View More out to use it.
