I thought Nokia would mean quality but the menu is a disaster, primitive rather than old, not handy at all, overpriced. Samsung is much better. I can't even return it. Leave it!

I'm very disappointed with this phone. It was actually purchased in May 2016, given as a gift in June and it has never managed to charge properly, despite replacing both the battery and charger. It appears it's the...View More actual socket of the phone that' the problem. I've discovered that the 'returns window' has now passed, so the recipient of the phone is now stuck with a phone that he can never successfully charge fully and has even resorted back to his old phone.
