We've had a couple of goes on this on three different floors. A smooth big square tile floor in the utility room, a flagged tile floor in the main farmhouse kitchen, and on the laminate floor in the dining room. Normally...View More we quickly run the vacuum clear over the floor and then use a mop with a wringer handle and just fill the kitchen sink for the water supply.
Verdict: The cleaner was reasonably simple to put together and it did a very good job of getting the dirt up off the floors but itView Less
To be honest a mop does it better and more cheaply

First of all, I found this scrubber/vacuum cleaner a little difficult to put together, which is quite something considering it doesn't have to be made, as such, the top/bottom parts just have to be clipped together. ...View More However, after finally managing this I followed the pictorial instructions and used the cleaner on my laminated wooden flooring.
Results were acceptable, though not outstanding - some fluff remained on my floors that hadn't been picked up and the floors were clean though notView Less
