Not a professional level cleaner. It won't remove hard set stains or clean very deeply. It is more of a surface clean.

After testing the product, I found the cleaning quality not impressive even with the original cleaning liquid from Bissell. I returned the product and instead use a spary bottle with HG fabric cleaner and spent another 4 euros...View More to but an attachment for scraping and suction which works amazing with my Kracher WD3. I am surprised how this product has a 4 plus rating and that's the reason I purchased it. But was disappointed after the first use.View Less

i’ve ordered from bissell several times, given them hundreds of dollars on products but i am more than upset. i never got my product & ive been a amazon customer forever as well & no one has helped me. someone should be...View More refunding me for spending $164 & getting no product yet ive gotten no help. don’t spend money here if customer support doesn’t care about helping you or making it right!!View Less
