I was sent a replacement and it stopped working on the first day! The...View More inside piece jiggles around as though something is broken inside. It is so sad because my one year old loved it before it broke. Don’t waste you money. I wish I had listened to what the other reviews said! It’s such a beautiful toy phone, but not made well at all!View Less
