Received this item with no Adapter brackets, Screws, Washers, Bar adapters, Concrete Anchor, Hole protection, Spanner or Allen key. All I received was 8 bars and no way to fix and construct them. I contacted the maker and they...View More will not supply the missing pieces - the response was "Unfortunately, we do not deliver our spare parts to the U.K.. Therefore we cannot help you in this case". It's 4 days before Christmas, I am not happy with this.View Less
