Excellent delivery, great product but it arrived without instructions for use. The box had obviously been opened previously and the number sequence changed, (it should have been set at 0000) the instructions for correct use...View More were missing. Fortunately there was a video online which showed us how to prime this bike lock and use it correctly. When this lock was delivered it looked exactly what I wanted. The instructions are at best misleading and at worst incorrect. The 'factory setting code' was 999. I could not get the lock to work so requested a return and...View More replacement. The second lock arrived with a 'factory setting code' of 999 and by searching the internet I found a video of instructions. The demonstration said the 'factory setting code was 000 not 999 so I reset the lock to 000 and it worked properly. IView Less

Used this bike lock for the second time and the mechanism jammed on whilst by bike was locked to a wall over 100 miles from home.
I spent 20 minutes trying to free it and pull the wire out which didn't work so I had to walk...View More around in cycling shoes and after another half hour I found a petrol station that sold pliers. Another £10 spent just so I could cut this rubbish off and ride home. I find it shocking a company with the reputation of Abus is producing such poor quality crap, the lock wasView Less
