I’ve had the device for less than a year, and already the metal of the handle is bending near the base of the unit.
After calling customer service, I was instructed to send an email with the requested details. Despite providing...View More a photo of the device, the serial number, the invoice, etc.—and even sending a follow-up reminder—I have received no response.
The device has never been exposed to rain, and my lawn is as flat as it gets, so there’s hardly any strain during use. Unfortunately, neither theView Less

Only used it once so far and on wet grass, but it performed well and the batteries lasted around 40 minutes. Performance on dry grass should be even better.
