I already have a Top Peak bag similar to this, which I like very much, so I bought this for another of my bikes. Very disappointed in the nasty, hard plastic cover. Not a patch on the quality of the last one. Returned.

The build is good, and opening and closing is easy enough from the saddle. Kept a digital camera in here on a recent trip and was able to get it in and out well.The strap around the headset doesn't add very much. The headset...View More bolts need to rotate and so it can't be strapped up tight. It's also very low on the bag, so the bag is stopped from rotating around the frame mostly by the two straps around the top tube.The smaller top tube strap is free to rotate, so much be strapped to itselfView Less
