Delonghi Primadonna Elite Experience
The steam pipe keeps popping out and I'm unable to use it, and now I have to send the machine back for the 2nd time! This problem started just after the no fuss return window had expired...View More and it left me to the merci of DeLonghi support, who I must say have been good so far. But they don't come out to fix your machine, and they don't give you a replacement, no you have to re-package the faulty machine and hope you haven't thrown the box away!View Less

Not even a year later, the mechanical part failed. You have to be careful all the time that the water tank is full. It consumes water.
