You buy a pretty expensive glas water jug and the shipping department decides that no box is needed and uses the original box to glue shipping label and other stickers on.Not acceptable in this price category!

This carafe is like a piece of artwork that I enjoy every time I open my fridge. The top fits well into place and the spout pours without issue. We use it for cold brew iced tea and it works great.
