The hinge covers were broken off in the box and the seat mechanism isn't working correctly. I ordered this right before moving so it was out of the return date.
The last one I had was perfect, this one not so much. I...View More don't know if the quality is slipping or what.

I rarely ever recline this chair, but the gears that lock the back of the chair into place are incredibly chewed up. The slightest amount of pressure will recline the chair, now.
