Having owned 3 Noble Hero chairs,
First chair developed a fault after 12 months with the arm mechanism and eventually fell apart and broke. Chair was replaced.
Second chair lasted 14 months when the both arms started to become...View More very loose and a split was developing in the seat. This chair was refunded under guarantee.
I bought a third chair (I know!) and a split has developed in the seat base. About to ask for a refund from place of purchase.

I bought this chair because I am big guy, around 100kg and the chair limit is 150kg.
Around 1 year of use the left arm holder started to simply peel off. Well, around 2 years into use, the big screws that hold the bottom...View More part(mechanic part with the wheels) simply snapped! I grabbed them and I could see how low quality those screws where.
I still could use the chair, I just lost the ergonomic part because now I could not configure the chair anymore to the way I want, but I kept using it like thatView Less
