The product itself is good, though I cant use all its functions and cant get in touch with ABUS to get help. the only time I had the customerservice respond they asked me to send the lock back and package it while the alarm was...View More ringing. I got the lock to get accepted by the APP finally by myself and the alarm went of. I still cant use the remote key, so if my phone evers stops working i cant use the lock. So until then I am ok with the lock, but disapointed in the lack of customerservice.View Less

I returned this lock because the metal wire that holds the lock that attaches to my bike is not long enough to fit my ebike. I returned it and never got my refund months later
