Only able to charge my product twice before it stopped charging. Contacted Therabody support who suggested that I tried a different plug socket! My next four emails were ignored. Thankfully I was able to borrow a charger from...View More a colleague and it turned out that buying a replacement charger from Amazon solved my issue. It is an absolute disgrace that a company selling a premium product such as this does not respond to emails from customers when they have sold them defective goods. ThankfullyView Less
